CBC Layered Party Streamer Stencil. This package contains 3 - 6" x 6" stencils. The stencils are marked with 1, 2, & 3. Each stencil can be inked in a different color to create a dimensional layered look. The guidelines at the bottom to help align standard A2 cards.
